Hello!
We have recently had VM enabled on our street and nearby streets, However the makeup of our addresses seems to be confusing the address checker so i cant place an order.
We have a street that is numbered as such 1, 1A, 2, 2A, 3, 3A etc the "A" numbered buildings are not showing up. My house is 2A and is in the middle of 1 and 2 yet they show up. I have filled in the form for address not shown but have heard nothing back. Is there a way getting this corrected so i can place an order?

Hey aff12002, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are struggling to place an order.
Sometimes even know next door may be able to get Virgin it doesn't mean you can.
Is this the same for all the other houses with A?
When did you fill the form in? This can take up to 14 working days for them to reach out?
Have you spoke to the sales team at all on 0800 183 1234?
