New in to Virgin - welcome letter and details not received

Good evening,  i just ordered an 18month contract product from Virgin media to my new address which i will join on the 1st of January 2024. Basically my question is, will I receive a welcome letter...

    Hi John, 

    Thank you for the reply, i can confirm that i received an e-mail with my contract, but i cannot find my account number and area code to set up my virgin account. If you could kindly help me with this, which number is my account number and where i can see the area code, which is for Woodford Green IG8.

Thanks for posting, welcome to both the community and indeed Virgin Media.

These are normally sent via email to the address you gave when signing up. 

Please could you check junk/spam folders as well? Report back if not received and we can assist.

    Sorry I haven’t received i believe my contract yet, it was pre-contract order documents. I guess i have to wait for the email or letter from Virgin.

      Hi djeki1994 👋.

      Thanks for reaching back out to us. Should you sign up with Virgin Media and your are pending an install and or any external works required, the contract will not be sent until the services are active, as well as signing up for an online account. Are you aware of your installation date?

        Hi Sabrina, 

        The Delivery date is after the 1st of January 2024. I am moving in to the address on the 1st that is why. I guess after the 1st of January it should be all sorted.
