After checking with Neighbours about having the option to Purchase Virgin Media I checked for my own Address to find that I do not have the same option, who can I speak to about this or what email would be best to contact regarding this, me and a couple of other neighbours are also eager to get access to better Broadband.

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
