I need to move the cable entry point in to our house as we are having a heat pump installed in the location. It shouldn't require any additional cable as it needs to just run from the same point in the ground in the other direction. Is this possible to be done by Virgin?

We're able to book internal relocations and rewiring appointments which would be chargeable at £25, as Adduxi has already kindly advised.
Just to confirm, you mentioned that this would be the same point in the ground, are you speaking about an external cable or is this cable running through the floor of your home?
This is where the cable comes out of the ground on the external of the house, and enters the property through the wall. It needs to enter at another point.

Do you need the entire omni box moving or can the omni box remain where it is and but the cables coming out of the omni into your home that needs moving?
If you require the omni box moving then this would be a different request than an external relocate/rewire request.
