Since the construction Team have installed a grey unit by the side of my house on open land. A puddle is now forming around it and the older BT boxes.
Its obviously not a serious leak but still probably needs investigating
Just waiting for something to go pop

Hey Tomgom999,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Would you be able to provide a picture with the puddle and our box?
Is any of the water coming out or going into the cabinet?
Kind Regards,
Steven_L

Report this to your local water company, as they will need to fix the leak. Companies like Virginmedia aren't allowed to repair water supplies, even if they have damaged them.

It's pooling around it and it's getting very boggy around the area.

If you want to get it fixed, phone the water company.

Have you reported this to your water company yet? It's been suggested several times, and is unlikely to be resolved until you do so.

No there won’t, or at least you might try but you absolutely will lose!
As advised at least three times, have you reported it to your local Water Company?

Good, and have they responded and fixed the leak?
