Evening all
i arranged for an engineer to come out tomorrow to have a look at our broadband but it’s been fine all day and I want to cancel it,the amend booking option is useless and the appointment doesn’t show up in my app,can someone advise please,thanks in advance

We're sorry to hear you were having an issue with cancelling your engineer visit. Taking a look at things this end, I can see there was a network fault in your area so the engineer visit was cancelled and a text message was sent to advise of this.
