Hi I used to live at postcode SO50 9JL now I live at SO50 6AE. The new address doesn't have virgin media access. When I was cancelling my service at the old address the person on the phone said they could see if it is possible to get a cable put into my new address but that could take time. I'm just wondering if this has been looked at yet as I really love the service Virgin provides and i'm super upset I can't get it now.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with trying to get services to your new address, with this you can find if it has been updated/cabled via our website here and if we are able to go about looking into installing there.
