I received my quickstart package today, I was informed when trying to purchase a broadband package that a previous occupant had virgin broadband before so I assumed I already had everything I needed to get started.
The issue I’m having is that the cable coming in from outside that I connect my broadband cable into is up in the loft so my cable is too short to reach any of my rooms, so the only way my broadband is working is if the router is literally dangling from the loft hatch. I’ve put a picture below to show how short the cable run is, can this be fixed ir extended in any way? Cheers

You will need a tech visit to install.
Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and explain you should have asked for a Tech install
