the issue is my dad's contracted cancelled, he moved out... was gonna get talk talk but we cancelled them so ordered Virgin fibre volt package but not sure if it's ordered correctly for the new home owner because the email address is the same as the old account because they used that email so don't even know if it's been ordered even tho the email for it came through. can't log into the new account holder because the email was the same as the old one for the other user..
Your dad's HUB will not work if you are trying to use that with a new contract?

I know mate, none of them understand this because they are old now so I have to deal with it all.. but my mom's signed up with a new account and used the old email address instead of using a new one.. so can't sign in to see if it's worked because it signs into the old account. literally sitting here with no internet and no data trying to sort it all out.. package says it will come next week in email.
