Good evening all,
I'm on the M500 broadband and have no problems with the router. The problem lies with the WiFi pod. We got it as part of the trial, which must have been at least 4 years ago. The problem is the light on the front flashes red. I turn it off for at least 5 mins. I turn it back on, it goes through its set up and then after about 30 mins, it back to flashing red. I've turned the router off, reset it gone through everything I can think of.
Any other suggestions or is it "old" and needs updating(are they still using the original pods?)

Is the brown colour on the VM Pod a reflection of the carpet or has it overheated and discoloured ?

Hello, I've just checked and I think it was a shadow. The pod isn't discoloured but it is warm. Is everyone else's pod warm to touch. I would have thought someone from VM would have picked this thread up by now or are they avoiding anything to do with pod issues?
