WiFi pod fan suddenly loud, hot to touch

Em-6
Tuning in

Hello,

We have had two wifi pods for a couple of years now with no problems. However one of them has started to make a loud buzzing fan noise and is hot to the touch - it feels like it is overheating. I’m concerned about leaving it plugged in overnight and the possibility of it being a fire risk. How do I go about ordering a replacement?
thanks
