Wi-Fi signal

Hi, I have a few black spots in my hose where the WiFi signal is very weak . I have tried doing the speed test thing in the virgin media connect app , but because the WiFi signal is so weak in  the rooms the app keeps saying you are not connected to the internet so I can’t run the scan . 
I have read I can order some pods off virgin but can’t find any where to order them . Thanks

    You call 0800 064 3850 to order the first one after scanning for blackspots using the connect App.- or just wait here for a VM person to respond in a day or two and they will sort the first one for you.
