Hi my wifi booster no longer working.It has a different network number from my hub.I have tried to re sync it but still will not work.Do I need to reset it to it’s factory settings.

Have you changed the Hub, or changed any settings from factory settings? The Hub and Pods need to have the factory settings to work. It may be you need to power off the Pod and Hub. Once done, power on the Hub, wait 10/15 minutes. Make sure the Pod is in range of the Hub, press the WPS button on the Hub, and then plug the Pod back in. It should sync shortly afterwards.

We're sorry to hear the hub and pod are no longer connected. Checking things here, it looks as though you have the old style booster as opposed to one of our new WiFi pods. This link will help you to troubleshoot things. Once the webpage loads, click on 'Why is my Virgin WiFi Booster not working?' and this will help you to resolve things.
