I upgraded my package two weeks ago ...increasing broadband from 500mb to 1gb. New hub 5 arrived on Saturday but wouldn't activate ..on Sunday they tried to activate but speed was still 500mb ..tonight I check my account and it still says I'm on 500mb broadband ...so contacted them again...after several reboots that would sort things ..nope I'm still on 500mb ...so tomorrow I will spend more time trying to get the speed I'm probably now being charged for

Log into the Hub settings and navigate to the configuration data pages.
What numbers are in the upstream and downstream boxes labelled ... "Max data transfer rates"?
