Hello, I have received a second white WiFi pod , this one isn't connecting it's been flashing white for around 4 hours now , I have tried in different rooms , switched hub5 off and on etc the first one I had connected within 10 minutes and I can move to another room and it will connect again within 2 minutes, any advice will be welcome also I did try calling virgin media after 40 minutes the call just ended . Thanks

VM Pods are such a dreadful product.
Any decent brand of retail Wi-Fi Repeater like this would have reconnected in seconds.

Check its been registered properly on your account. This can take some time.
Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them. You will need to hand, the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number
