Hey everyone. The hub 3 box has been flashing green since this morning and we are getting no wifi. Have tried all the trouble shooting guides and nothing has seemed to fix this.
Has anyone else experience this and if so how did they get it working again?
The wifi symbol is solid green but its the two arrows that are flashing.

Check for a known fault in your street via 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service.
Failing this, report the outage to Customer Support on 0345 454 1111.
