Hi
My Virgin Media hub light is always red even though I have reset it numerous time. It has been light this for a while now. My internet has been ok most of the time even when the light is red, although occasionally the wifi may drop every now and then.
I read in the forum that my hub may be overheating and needs a replacement. May I ask how I can get a replacement?
