Hi all, turning to the community as having no joy via live chat or completing online forms.
My house is the last in a cul-de-sac, only my property and my next door neighbour don't have access to Virgin services, as the cabling appears to stop around 10-15 metres from the from of my property (just short of the drive itself). Current broadband speeds are poor and access to full fiber etc not possible at the moment. I've managed to have one conversation with someone in the new business team who explained that my address is showing in their systems as serviceable so it should be possible to explore works to get this in place.
Unfortunately I can't seem to get any traction on this. Just wondering how I can have a sensible conversation with someone about this to see if something can be done?

Hi dg0593,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
We're sorry to hear you've had issues with checking whether your address is serviceable. We can check if we're able to provide a service to you but to do that I will need your full address. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
Thanks,
