Looking at the majority of the forum chats on this topic, it appears there is a fundamental flaw with the VM Connect app being marketed as the primary tool for ordering wifi pods if there is are black spots detected using the VM Connect Home Scan. Like everyone, there is no link or button in the app to order a wifi pod based on a test result below 30Mbps. Appalling customer service.
I have two blackspots, one in my back room which is v. poor (6Mbps) and and the other in my kitchen which poor (16Mbps). To test, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra using which is connecting using Wi-fi 6
VM Support - Please assist!
