Since I got a new Hub 4 last week my Ring doorbell can't connect at all and some of the ring camera's are going on and off. Rebooted a million times. Hub is in Modem mode, router is on full passthrough. Any thoughts

Factory reset the Ring Doorbell and then follow the as new installation process to the letter.
Don't reboot the VM Hub, in modem mode it is not the cause of your Wi-Fi issues.
