I've seen similar posts about this so hopefully this will work to get a replacement!
My neighbours exterior cable box cover blew off during the night and wedged underneath my car’s front wheel. I drove off without knowing it was there and now it’s smashed to pieces.
I’m not sure if my neighbour is a Virgin customer so therefore I’m trying to get this resolved for him. How can I go about getting a replacement?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post
