Ordered 1 gig fibre hub5 post to be delivered 12/12/2024 but still have not arrived. Is vm having problems and when will I receive it.

Mandy VM has had lots of problems accessing a key warehouse which is causing a lot of delays like yours. I'd allow for early January.
