Old Faulty Hub- How do I replace?

Can anyone advise how I go about getting a new hub? Mine hasn't been right for months now. It always has an orange light on it. I recently upgraded to the M500 broadband package, and since then the internet has deteriorated. It frequently stops working and devices have to be reconnected. The hub is at least 6 years old now.

Thanks

Orange light on a Hub3 is usual - the LED's are known to fade to orange over time.  If you are having issues its related to something else.

Can we check… are your issues only evident on wifi connections or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables? If you don't know, can you check on one to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?
