Not received confirmation email for broadband

Put in all details to get the student WiFi deal and got a pre contract sent but after that have had no confirmation that we’re actually getting the WiFi delivered. Not sure if our order has gone through or if it’s being sent out soon please help

Hi @jonahking995 

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

We're sorry to hear you've not yet received your order confirmation. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
