My wifi doesn't work in other rooms. It just disconnects. Then I can't connect to the app to prove I have poor wifi, meaning I can't be eligible for pods. Please help.

Yes VM thought that through need a pod prove it with are app in that room.

Just get closer to the hub to prove you have bad wifi

Stand just at the fringe of the Hub's Wi-Fi coverage where you get a low result, mark that as you office or your bedroom etc.

Unless the VM Pods are free, buying Wireless Repeaters or a MESH can be less costly over not much time.
