Hi,
last week i received notification from VM that i may possible have Mirai Malware. I did the usual virus scan/ reset default passwords and also reset the router. Used wireshark to see if anything was still causing issues and everything seemed to be fine.
I found my ip flagged on spamhaus.org so requested this removing which was done last Thursday.
The issue i now face is that if i try to access the my virgin website/app while connected to wifi, i get a time out error or just doesn't load ( managed to find a ERR_connection_timed_out error) It seems to not get past https://oauth.virginmedia.com
This happens on any device used- mobile phone, ipad and laptop. If using a vpn or mobile data the site loads fine straight away with zero issues. It’s been reported but getting passed around with no fix
