I’ve been using VM for six months without an issue, following an outage two weeks I am unable to connect my laptop to WiFi, the error message I receive is Invalid IP address, any suggestions? Also following the outage the speed/connectivity on other devices seems to have reduced

Test by wire to the hub in modem mode if OK get a better router with 1Gb ports

It was following an outage, nothing related to existing kit being insufficient, so terrible advice as usual.
OP try a full reset of the HUB, keeping in mind all settings will return to default.
