Hub 3 WIFI not working

Only had this installed 2 months with an engineer visited again and moving the hub and providing a new one. I have two wired connections through ethernet which work great. WiFi however does not work with any device tried. It connects, but shows as no internet available even if it sit next to it. It's not a signal issue due to location. But rather the hub been useless.

From reading threads it appears I am not the only one. Any ideas as this should not be a thing and had no issues with sky ever who was my previous supplier with WiFi working throughout the house.

 

Any ideas please as I'm ready to just take this further and cancel my service.

Odd how this was not raised and addressed when the engineer was present.

The engineer provided a new hub in case it was a hub issue. This has not changed anything, so not a hub issue. Internet does work on wired connections and getting good download speeds. It does seem that the WiFi from the hub leaves a lot to be desired as this does not work at all for any device.

So sorry to hear you've had a poor new customer experience with us, we can assure you this is not the service we aim to provide, 

The engineer should've only left if there was no further issues with connection to both your WiFi and wired connection. Checking the systems at our side, we'd recommend doing a full 60 second pin hole reset on the router. This will revert any customisations back to factory settings and full update the router with firmware/software updates. Please do not reboot the router whilst it is completing the pin hole request.
After this please let us know if you're still having issues and we can check further at our side. 

Just to also double check - are you using a VPN at all on any of your devices?
