Help - I've ordered 2 Wi-Fi pods and I've been waiting for them since Christmas.

Hi, I've ordered 2 Wi-Fi pods and I've been waiting for them since Christmas I've called twice and had someone call me and they all say it's ok we have ordered them for you, but I still haven't received them nor any emails or texts about delivery date so could some on here perhaps help me many thanks.

Hello everyone,need some help I ordered 2 WiFi pods form virgin media before Christmas I still haven't received any I spoke to 3 different people all who have said that they have been ordered but I've yet to receive any emails or texts to confirm the order or when they will be delivered can someone on here please help thank you.

Well been totally let down by virgin media so I had 3 WiFi pods all working fine then my router stopped working virgin sent me out a new hub and it worked fine ,but my pods didn't recognise the new hub so I called virgin and to cut a long story short they told me they would send me out 3 new pods that was before Christmas I never received them I have called them several times and every time I've been told they've been ordered all I want is my 3 WiFi pods please but I've been messed about a lady actually called me from virgin and told me she was ordering them and stay on line until it was done she told me they were all ordered but when I didn't receive any emails confirming it I waited for a few weeks then called virgin back only to be told they haven't even been ordered and to cap it all of I needed to to a WiFi test for the 4th time totally fed up worst customer service ever seriously considering leaving .

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your WiFi pods, as you have been given a new router, we maybe able to reconfigure the existing pods to your router, I can do that from here but first I would need to confirm a few details via private message, please look out for my message and we can get started.
