I AM GOING TO KEEP FLOODING THIS FORUM AND EVERYWHERE ELSE I CAN FIND UNTIL SOMEONE ACTUALLY HELPS ME
They've booked a fifth appointment for 7 days from now, this will be over a month TLOS. No one can tell me why they keep not showing up, they just keep booking new appointments. How do I get this resolved?

Talking to them via text or phone is like talking to an idiotic brick wall, they barely seem to understand English and just repeat the same generic nonsense.
