Since yesterday morning had no WiFi and phoned virgin to be told engineer booked to come today between 12 and 4.   Never received any confirmation so phoned back yo be told operator hadn't booked engineer and I will now need to wait till Monday.   Disgusted as I have autistic child who can't do part of routine due to no WiFi.   Awful customer service and faulty equipment.   Only changed 3 months ago and in the 20 year previous had no problems with any other providers

I am sorry to hear about the service issues and the appointment that was not booked.

This really is not a great experience, more so you have as you and your family rely on a working service to go about your daily routine.

Can I just ask if you have been able to arrange another appointment now?

You can view appointments online as well.

Just sign in to My Virgin Media at and select Your Appointment, rearrange it or cancel it if needed
