Can I change ghz to 2.4

Our son got a tonies box which only works with 2.4ghz is it possible to change the ghz on our router?

Shipped VM hubs transmit and 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz with a combined SSID. If you nod not have pods you can go into the setting of the hub on 192.168.0.1 and split the SSIDs to have two names like xxx-2 and xxx-5. You can then connect to the xxx-2 SSID with the device. If you have a pod it’s a bit more tricky. You have to go into the settings, disable the 5Ghz channel, then connect the device to the SSID and then re-enable the 5Ghz channnel.
