Booster Plug Blown - Sparked and Smokey

We’ve had this booster for about a year with no issues - got home tonight having been away and when I switched it on it started to spark a lot and then started to smoke and now no longer works. How do I go about having replacements sent or upgraded models sent? We need the booster as the WiFi doesn’t reach far enough around our home without it.

I have just plugged my booster in (small one )and it has started smelling like burning plastic , now not working

Might it be time to but a decent quality WI-Fi Mesh and move away from kit that is a fire risk ?

Could you please tell us a bit more, is this one of our Boosters/Pods? If so, which model is this please?

If you could send a picture also please that would be appreciated.

It has the VM logo on the front. 

Report it to Trading Standards.  This is not the first to have caught fire. 

This model should be taken out of service urgently before one causes a serious house fire.
