(for fix in external cable)
No one can tell me why they keep not showing up, they just keep booking new appointments. How do I get this resolved?
I am continously lied to on the phone/WhatsApp, assured that a manager will call me back. No one ever calls me back. My forum posts are ignored. I literally don't know what to do
Talking to them via text or phone is like talking to an idiotic brick wall, they barely seem to understand English and just repeat the same generic nonsense.
