Hi All
I pay £58 a month for Virgin Media and sometimes I have to use my 5G connection because my hub three just isn’t working and I’m just beginning to think I should cancel my Virgin Media. Is anybody else paying and not getting what they pay for.?

What steps, so far, have you taken with VM to try to address the problems?

Odd post. You make no mention of contact with VM to fix it and what's been done or not done. If really unhappy then its market choice, leave and use another ISP that may also be cheaper?

£58 a month might be cheap or expensive, depending on which services you are buying from Virginmedia. If you are no longer in a fixed term contract you may well find a cheaper alternative.

But in any case you should be getting the service you are paying for now. What contract do you have and what problems?

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

Hey Solider2431, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear this.

When you say not working, what do you mean?

Is there any lights on the hub?

Is it intermittent?

How has it been over the last days?

Everything looks all good for from our side so just let us know.
