4 appointments with no show from engineer. A month TLOS. HELP

They've booked a fifth appointment for 7 days from now, this will be over a month TLOS. No one can tell me why they keep not showing up, they just keep booking new appointments. How do I get this resolved?

Talking to them via text or phone is like talking to an idiotic brick wall, they barely seem to understand English and just repeat the same generic nonsense.

I can see that you have been chatting with our social media team in regards to this issue, to avoid any confusion we would advise keeping in touch with the social media team and can see they have investigated this and will provide updates.

Thanks, I will give it another few days (which will make this TLOS upto a month): But so far they haven't been able to help me at all. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get someone to take this seriously assuming nothing happens in the next few days? I have no reason to assume anything will happen; today another appointment was missed without explanation, which makes 7 now.
