there appears to be a problem with what the VM associates know about TNT charges when renewing contracts as to whether or not they are included (my previous Maxit contract included it and was transferred across) in my new contract they were/are and are NOT shown as an add-on in my latest bill --- contract renewed last month

Hey scrd01, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some TNT issues.
TNT is now an add one, so when you come to do a renewal unless you took this out as a separate add on it wouldn't of been added on.
Did you take this out as an add on at all?
