Hi my aunt needed new contract and the girl said she had a remote up grade  thats all she said nothing about up grading box from v6  .

She is not happy about this as it was done without explaining what would happen and if they did she would not have agreed to the new remote. Can she get her v6 back  as this is causing problems

We're sorry to hear your aunt wasn't fully aware of things. Once the upgrade to 360 has been done, we're not able to revert it back I'm afraid. What issues is your aunt having? We may be able to provide some additional support.
