Hi Whichever,
Do you have a Firewall or other type of web security set up on your PC?
The rules you may have set might be what's causing the issue as we cannot duplicate the error you're seeing on your side.
Thanks,
Meg

I just would like you all to know that unfortunately I have tried everything to resolve this issue of not being able to access my virgin media and now I cannot get Google on my laptop so I really don't know what else I can do

Thanks for coming back to us @whichever.
The hub does appear to be online, with a solid connection so far today and for most of yesterday also.
How are things looking this morning?
Are you only using the two devices on the connection?
How does the laptop work when connected via an Ethernet cable?
Thanks,

Is the WIFI symbol showing on your phone?
What computer do you have and has it ever worked on this laptop?
Everything is looking great from our side you see?
Also did you try a different Ethernet cable as that one could of been broken?

Thanks for confirming, this certainly is odd. If there was an issue with accessing sites through our connection your mobile would also be affected when connecting to WiFi.
Are you able to try tethering your phones mobile data to your computer to see if you still see the same issue?
