Hi I have joined virging media and had it installed today, when will I receive a welcome email as I need my area reference number

Hi I have also joined virgin media but have not received any welcome email. I have only received a link to agree to the pre contracts via text but nothing via email. I’m unable to create an account or get through via phone as I don’t have an account number. 

any help with this would be much appreciated

Hi,

I agreed a new contract with your sales team on 16th June 2023. I have not yet received any welcome email to confirm my account number or area reference. I require these details and the welcome email for my records, and in order to track my order and engineer booking.
