Please could a Moderator explain why my Virgin Media account says my account "has been restricted due to an overdue bill"?
I have no outstanding bills and can confirm my viewing doesn't appear to be restricted at all, however today I did give Virgin Media notice that I will be leaving them soon.
Yet this appears on my account!!
Not happy and hope it doesn't
affect my credit rating.

Ignore them, they've obviously gone off in a huff that you've cancelled.
