Why can't VM offer VAT receipts online which most of their competitors offer? In fact O2 ... their 'partner' can do this as well.
By doing this you would save considerable amounts of time and money.
Also since my original poisting regarding VAT receipts I am constantly getting other users asking the same question ... and the stock reply is 'set up a private thread' ... why don't VM retire my original post and put a 'how to' post in it's place?
