Unable to add My Virgin Media Account

I had two Virgin Media accounts under the same email address. I tried to go to My Profile and add these two accounts, but after providing the required information, I got a "Customer not found" message. I also wanted to delete the old account, what can I do?

Yes I had two Virgin Media service accounts under one email, but I couldn't find any of them under the my profile. I also couldn't add any of them.



Can you confirm if you have active cable accounts with us? Were these cable accounts for the same property or different properties? Also, when did you first see the customer not found notice? Please get back to us when you can so we can best look into this issue for you.
