Stream subscription

Just seen a £17.99 charge on my bill for stream subscription what is this, I havnt set anything up? Will contact customer service tomorrow just curious to know what it could be. Thanks in advance

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with a charge on your bill. Have you added any streaming subscriptions to your package recently such as Netflix? 
    If not, we can investigate this further for you if you need clarification. Let us know and we'll be happy to assist further.

      No I definitely havnt subscribed to anything, didn’t get ringing today as I had a family emergency
