I currently have the M250 package with Stream. I pay around £19pm (plus a £5 O2 SIM to get a discount). They've decided to charge £48 now it's out of contract.

I called retentions who said they'd go down to £35. Is it worth holding on and waiting for them to go lower?

You are best placed to say. Have a look at what you can get in your area from the competition and then draw a red line on what is acceptable to you.

Seems reasonable to me. Stream, now Flex, is £5 a month anyway for Freeview and a few more channels than Freeview.

Lookup FTTC prices and you will see you still have a good price compared to market. ALTNETS are different, as many in huge debt and some already gone under. Some are successful, but only in certain areas, same as Openreach FTTP.

It may not be as good as VMs new customer offers, but still not bad.
