I got an email last week and again today stating -
"Don’t forget, your Virgin Media contract’s coming to an end soon. Renew today and keep the same superfast speeds, Virgin Media benefits, and O2 perks with our online exclusive offer – and get peace of mind that your new offer price will be locked in until March 2025. Monthly price will increase each April from April 2025 by RPI +3.9%. "
I'm on an 18 month deal until February 2025 anyway.
As far as I can see the link is trying to trick me into removing TNT Sports from my package because the price when my current deal end is the same otherwise.
Seems a bit underhanded. Not pleased.
If TNT Sports is going to be £18 extra we might as well go back to Sky as it's the same price there.

Hi @bubblegun23
Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.
This seems odd if the contract is so far away, I'll send you a PM now to get some details. We may need to feed this back into the project but we'll discuss via PM.

I think that would not be an unfair assumption! You lose TNT, VM no longer have to pay Warner Brothers for it, but you pay the same to VM. Win/Win - well if you are VM obviously!

Hey Rosebush18, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
TNT sports is now an add on its not included in any package so if you did a renewal you would lose it..

New around here?

Has this premature renewal prompt from VM coincided with the recent addition of other companies' FTTP broadband services in your area by any chance?
