I have exactly the same problem, in fact last week I changed the password because it wouldn't log me in and now it doesn't recognise the password that it confirmed had been accepted as the new password. I've also tried several times to reset it again but the reset emails never turn up.

The only other option is to call them but any time I've had to call a VM Helpdesk the service has been dreadful so I'm avoiding that at all costs.
