Password reset emails not received

I've been requesting password reset emails for weeks now but I've never received them. My bills seem to arrive no problem though! Anyone able to suggest a way to sort this out?

    Are you trying to reset the password you use to log in to your online My Virgin Media account?

    Please enter the email address you use to sign in to your My Virgin Media account here and follow the instructions. 

    If you get any error message, please let us know.

    Please also ensure you check any junk/spam folders.

    Please pop back to us when you can.

      Hi Vikki

      Thanks for your reply. I have tried requesting a password reset email using the page you have linked many times now, but to no avail. I have not received the emails containing the links you need to use to re-set the password for My Virgin Media - they're not in my inbox or spam/junk folders.
