Hi Vikki
Thanks for your reply. I have tried requesting a password reset email using the page you have linked many times now, but to no avail. I have not received the emails containing the links you need to use to re-set the password for My Virgin Media - they're not in my inbox or spam/junk folders.

Looks like the only route left to sort this out is to raise another complaint!
