Overdue Bill

Hi for the first time in a few years my current VM bill is overdue as i am struggling to pay it trying to talk to somebody on the phone is not possible all i get is a message saying pay your bill using our automated payment line or we will send you a text link to pay.  How can I talk to somebody who can help me defer the bill for a few more days so that i am not disconnected?

You would need to speak to the collections team on 0345 454 1111, and they will look into this request for you.

 I have tried phoning that number all i get is a message saying pay your bill using our automated payment line or we will send you a text link to pay. I cannot get through to a person at all just loops me round with the above message after i enter my password and confirm my postcode.

When there is an overdue balance on your account there really isn't anything we can do here in our community, please keep trying the team and they will be able to help further.
