No welcome email, contract details or bill details on new account email
I started a new account entertainment package about 6 weeks ago but have not recieved any contract details, welcome email or first bill on the email address that i gave to the operator so i have no idea what my account number is.
Also a direct debit does not appear to have been set up because i have just had to pay the first months bill manually after my services were suspended because the first months bill was missed as i was expecting it to be paid by direct debit.

We're sorry to hear you've had some issues since joining us. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
